Service delivery
- After you submit an enquiry, a counsellor normally contacts you within 24 working hours by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Admission-related documents (offer letters, enrolment numbers, study material access, ID cards and degree certificates) are issued and delivered by the respective university as per its own timelines and process.
