Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Counselling is free

CampusWalha's academic counselling is free of charge. You are never required to pay CampusWalha to receive guidance.

2. University fees

Program, registration and examination fees are paid directly to the university through its official payment channels. Refunds and cancellations of these fees are governed entirely by the refund policy of the respective university and the applicable UGC guidelines. CampusWalha cannot issue refunds for amounts paid to a university.

3. Paid services (if any)

If you purchase an optional paid service directly from CampusWalha, you may request cancellation within 7 days of payment, provided the service has not yet been delivered. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Email hello@campuswalha.com with your name, registered mobile number, payment reference and reason. Our team will respond within 2 working days.
