Documents Required for Online Degree Admission

Most universities complete online admissions entirely on their portal. Keep clear scans (PDF or JPG) of the following documents ready:

1. 10th marksheet and certificate (also used as date-of-birth proof)
2. 12th marksheet and certificate
3. Graduation marksheets and degree certificate (for PG programs)
4. Aadhaar card or another government photo ID
5. Recent passport-size photograph
6. Your signature on white paper
7. Category certificate, if you are claiming a reserved-category benefit
8. Work experience letter, if the program requires it

Tips

• Make sure your name is spelled the same way on every document.
• Keep each file under the size limit mentioned on the portal (usually 1–2 MB).
• Use an email address and mobile number you check daily – all updates are sent there.
